我来介绍我们所享用的美食~~~

当~当~当~ 很熟悉吧！
Salmon Sashimi 当我看到时~~~
哗！我吓了一大跳！

师傅的切功真的利害~ 把鱼切得像Sotong一样！
这是鱼肚子的部分, 新鲜滑滑的！
听我的友人说是早上刚到，很鲜甜！

炸Tuna Fish

左边是芝麻酱，吃起来蛮像花生酱。可加入肉类品尝~ 赞！
中间的是辣椒酱，可加入肉或菜，味道不错。
右边的是加入菜类一起吃的，有开胃的作用。因为有点酸酸的！

如果不把小茶壶与碗和杯平放，就没发现这小可爱了！
这小茶壶是放日本酱油的~~

漂亮的日本酒，是“事头婆”带去的。
听她说是阿姨从日本带回来的。

日本饭，面，冬粉
冬粉是从日本进口的，爽口够咬劲！

Kobe Beef神户和牛
听说这种牛每天要喝酒，按摩的！还好命过我们呢！
所以，吃起来的感觉没有牛的味道！而且还很香呢！棒！

鸡肉片，切得像纸一样薄。加入芝麻油的腌制，美味极了！
只要放入热汤里，一会儿就可吃了！

青蚝，是加入Shabu Shabu 的好配料！

我选了Nagomi Soup，除了这汤底以外也有
Chicken Soup, Spicy Soup & Spicy Miso Soup。
“收数佬”点了 Spicy Soup~ 味道也很好！
最重要的是汤里没加任何的味精或防腐剂，
所以我吃得很舒服！

原来吃Shabu Shabu也有步骤的！

Step 1 - For more flavouful broth and to bring out the taste
of the meat, cooked all the white vegetables, mushroom,
bamboo short, onions and leeks first.

Step 2 - Dip a slice of meat into the hot boiling broth, and swish
it back & forth for less than a minute. Poultry may take slightly
longer time to cook than beef.

Step 3 - Dip the cooked meat in our homemade sauces. Ponzu
is great with vegetables, Goma to enrich the meat and Chili to
suit the Malaysia's taste bud.

Step 4 - Intersperse the cooking of meat with other green-leaf
vegetables and tofu.

Step 5 - Pour the steamed rice into the leftover broth, let it
simmers a little, enabling the rice to absorb all the goodness
from the broth.

好久都没试过这么丰富的一餐！大家都吃得开心~
